In order that your case may be investigated without delay we may ask for a retainer payment in advance. Payments can be made by cash (by arrangement only and receipts will always be given), Cheque / Postal Order (made payable to Trident Investigations Limited), or Credit Debit Card (via paypal above).

The remainer of the balance shall be paid upon completion of the assignment in accordance with our Standard Terms and Conditions of Service. For longer enquiries will can send an invoice on a monthly basis.

Trident always price competitively. However, rates may vary dependant on the assignment and any specialist equipment required, including the production of photographic and video evidence.

Fees are charged by the hour + VAT for a single operative, however fixed price investigations are also available, please ask for details. Estimates are available on request.

Other considerations are time, number of operatives and any expenses; these will normally be limited to the following;

  • Mileage, Parking & Public Transport
  • Expenses incurred during undercover work
  • Any admission fees to public or private venues and functions necessary during surveillance
  • Any other expenses will first be agreed by the client in advance.

We will advise you on the service that best suits your requirements.

We are pleased to discuss the basis of our fees in advance. We provide various options:

  • fixed fee
  • limit the fees to a required level at which time progress of the work can be reviewed
  • keep our clients informed of the fee situation along with the progress of the work
  • We can work on either an hourly or daily rate.
