Matrimonial Investigations

It is now the law that vendors have to inform a potential buyer of anything untoward or anything that would sway your decision, or put you off buying a property, this is difficult to prove retrospectively and hard to enforce.
In sheer desperation to sell the property vendors sometimes withhold certain information. Trident can provide you with current data on the area, interview locals and obtain video/photographic evidence of your dream home at various times of day and night.
This will be completed with discretion and your new neighbours will not know that they have been checked out on your behalf. The cost of this service with a full report and photos is just £399 + VAT.
When you weigh up the cost of buying the house and the legal and removal fees etc this really is a small price to pay for peace of mind.
People Tracing
We are able to offer tracing services to the general public in a number of different circumstances, our traces have included

- long lost relatives

- probate beneficiaries

- disappearing debtors
Photographic Service
Trident can deploy an agent at short notice to anywhere in the UK and abroad (within reason) order to obtain photographs for supporting evidence. Our photographic sets have been used in Criminal Damage, Road Traffic Accident and Personal Injury Claims in the UK and abroad.
In addition to these types of photographs we have also been instructed to take photographs in property and boundary cases and disputes.
This is in addition to our normal surveillance service.

Surveillance
Using covert video recordings and photographs, surveillance operations are undertaken for many assignments. These include both Corporate and Private clients who appreciate that surveillance is a specialist field and should only be undertaken by those with the training, experience and equipment for the type of deployment required.
Due to the amount of pre preparation and planning that goes in to any surveillance operation we are only able to undertake such assignments for a minimum of 4 hours. In most cases and and on appointment we will also need to carry out a pre-operation site survey so that preparations can be made prior to a live operation. Electronic Surveillance can also be conducted using the latest GPS and GPRS technology either live or passive.
